Well, what a doom and gloom day. Did some P90X and hoping to get out for a walk later, then a little RBR later, minus the run!
Yesterday I got to do some swimming again, just taking it easy for now. No speed work or anything like that. Just a nice easy 1000 yards. This is good because my first race is June 6th. Thank goodness it is just a sprint distance.
Eating is going ok. My weight flucuates so bad. I just want to lose the first 10 pounds. It's fighting me so bad. I have been writing everything down, so that's a start. Not as much fruit and veggies, but trying to get it back up there.
