Slacker...not really!

Yes, I am a slacker when it comes to posting. It is so much easier to put info in my BT training log!
This past week, I have done a lot of running. Well, alot for me. The feets are feeling better, but this left leg thing is bugging the crap out of me. Need to increase the streching. I really think there is something up with the hip, but I will try a few weeks of home therapy before I call the sports doc. The left ankle is acting up again too...WTF. I need a new leg, form the hip down.
Anyway, did a nice long run on Wednesday, in the mist. It was great. Temps were about 54 and it was just a little misty. Went for 1 hour and 18 min. It was a walk run...10 min of running, 2 min of walking, plus the warm up and cool down. Also ran the Smithville 5K with Diana on Sunday. Second in my age group. I thi nkit was a PR for me!! I need to check my Chris Thater times! I did do about 5-6 minutes of walking sprinkled in here and there. It was crazy humid! I had also done a 30 min run earlier in the week...no walking, yay. The pace sucked, but it will get down there. I have to remember that I am still recovering.
Antoher week begins tomarrow. Focus for this week is clean eating!
