OK, so I have been trying to figure out the best way to go about training and working and taking classes on line. So little time, so much to do. I want to be faster next year, I want to be lighter, I want a degree, and I want a better job... I WANT! LOL
My plan, and I hope I stick to this, is to stop running and biking, just for now. I need to heal up and it is almost winter. I will be starting P90X soon and I will also be swimming two nights a week. In January I will add back in running and biking. I hope to do my first Tri next year in June.
I am having a hard time getting my head wrapped around this not running thing. I really need to lose some weight though, and I should really take the time to fix myself now so I can have a great season next year.
Like Ted said, it may feel like I am taking a step back, but I'm not really. He's going to help me with my nutrition as well.
So, I have my before pictures taken, my measurements written down, now all I need to do is BRING IT!
